Just feedback: Seems a little perky for some of the things. 22 dead after a power outage? 2 dead from the wildfires? I don’t know if there’s anything you can do to make it more somber, but I would suggest making a few little changes and being sure to treat the deaths and everything with a little more contrast to the rest of the news.
